Making progress around here
Jan. 7th, 2024 11:45 pmI didn't expect to spend a large portion of my weekend making new icons, but I really needed more than one uploaded here, lol.
So far I have 8 slots filled of my basic 15 icons:
+ Brought over 2 I made that I'm currently using on LJ (Sailor Senshi and Odagiri Joe)
+ Uploaded 2 that I made a while back but had never used (Cillian Murphy + camera and Ei-chan)
+ Made from scratch or finished making 4 (Sol, Nero, Bard + Thranduil, and Snoopy)
I also got started on nine (9) more icons... Can't use all of them right now, of course, and I'm still thinking about using a couple more that are currently on my LJ. Extra options are nice to have, and I don't think any are too similar.
I'd like to make a new "my photograph + my name" icon. I have no ideas for it yet, though. Oh, and an icon of Cillian Murphy and Tom Hardy together! Both icon themes remind me, however, that I really need to transfer photos/images from my phone. Could I cheat by sending certain pics to myself online and downloading the copies? Yes... but I should probably avoid that tactic. XD; It only delays the inevitable...
Honestly, I thought I'd look around for at least a couple of icons made by other people (who have far better image editing skills and software than I do -- I can't even remember how I made a couple of animated icons years ago, haha), but now it's looking like I won't have the space for fancier icons anyway.
